Marcus is the Director of Hobby Land and a thriving online retailer dedicated to inspiring creativity. With a keen eye for sourcing new products and negotiating favourable deals with suppliers, Marcus actively contributes to Hobby Land’s growth and development.

Originally from Christchurch, Marcus started his professional journey in the field of technology marketing, where he honed his skills in developing effective solutions for ecommerce businesses.

When Marcus isn't focused on Hobby Land, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active, listening to podcasts, indulging in Netflix series, and cheering on his favourite sports teams, The Warriors and Manchester United.

Maria is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for crafting engaging brand experiences. As the Marketing Manager at Hobby Land, she leverages her experience in content creation, branding and digital strategy to connect with the Kiwi creative community.

Originally from Northern Italy, Maria's career began in the vibrant events and marketing scene of London. After several years immersed in the industry, she made the exciting move to New Zealand in 2016, which marked a significant professional shift towards digital marketing, allowing her to set the foundations of her current role at Hobby Land.

Beyond her professional role at Hobby Land, Maria is an avid runner and yoga enthusiast, often combining her love of fitness with outdoor adventures. When she's not hitting the trails, she enjoys cooking for her family and friends and of course, cherishing the precious moments spent with her baby daughter, Nadia.

Holly is the heart of our customer service and our community's go-to person for everything order or product related.

She graduated from the University of Auckland in 2023 with a conjoint degree in Commerce and Arts, majoring in Marketing and Media. Prior to joining Hobby Land as a part-time picker/packer in 2021, Holly gained valuable experience in customer service, hospitality, and digital media through roles with startups and university organisations.

When she's not helping our community, you can usually find Holly enjoying a live concert.

Our efficient warehouse team is the backbone of our operations. They're a group of dedicated individuals who expertly navigate our warehouse, swiftly picking and packing your orders with accuracy and speed. When our team handles your orders, you can rest assured that they're treating them like their own, ensuring your items are handled with the care and attention they deserve.

Founding members of Hobby Land, Swedish Vallhunds siblings Raymond & Raisin are experts in fetching and cuddling, and provide an impeccable security service (sorry Mr. Courier Driver!). They delight the team and any visitor with endless entertainment, unconditional love in exchange of belly rubs.
