DISPATCHING YOUR ORDERS
At Hobby Land, we do our best for our community and strive for the quickest possible delivery of our products. We operate from two well-positioned locations – Auckland and Hastings – where all our orders are shipped on weekdays within one working day from the date the order is placed (it might take 2 working days if you choose bank transfer as your payment method).
This ensures our customers receive their purchases swiftly and reliably, regardless of their location in New Zealand.
SHIPPING TIMES & CHARGES
Enjoy a $5 flat shipping rate for standard delivery wherever you are in the country - including rural addresses - with no hidden oversize fees! See the table for more details on delivery times, and please note that these are calculated from the date your order is dispatched.

SPLIT DELIVERIES & MULTIPLE CONSIGNMENTS
Some of our products are stored in our warehouse in Hastings so, in some cases, orders might arrive at their destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. You won't be charged for extra shipping in case of multiple consignments, and you will receive an email with a tracking link for each parcel. Please see more details in our Terms & Conditions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email from our team containing your tracking link. If you do not receive this email or if you need further information about your parcel, please contact our customer service team. If your order was dispatched in multiple parcels, you will receive a tracking link via email for each parcel.
TRACK YOUR ORDERORDER PACKAGING
We know how frustrating it can be to order a high-ticket or a fragile item, just to see it arrive damaged in the mail. We employ all possible measures and take extra care when packaging products - this is to make sure that your items withstand their journey and arrive at your door in perfect condition. All our canvases, pastels, paint brushes, easels, paper pads and more fragile and oversize products are securely and individually packaged using bubble wrap, kraft paper and corrugated cardboard. If you receive a damaged item or an order that is not packaged to a high standard please contact our customer service team.
MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERIES
We currently deliver only to New Zealand addresses. You must make sure that the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if you ask us to deliver to a work address) because we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, or because you have not chosen a safe delivery address (including if a parcel is taken/stolen after it has been delivered). Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you, or, if you are to arrange delivery, when the goods are available for collection by you.
You must notify us within 5 working days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods when they have been delivered in accordance with the instructions you have given us.
