HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VIP POINTS

1. LOG IN

Log in onto your account by clicking 'Login/Sign up' at the top-right of our home page.

2. CLICK ON 'VIP CLUB'

Click on 'VIP Club' on our main menu, or on the VIP Club icon in the bottom left corner of our home page. A small window will pop up.

3. CLICK ON 'WAYS TO REDEEM'

In this window you will be able to check your point balance and the ways you can earn and redeem points.

Click on 'Ways to redeem' and your available discount/s will appear.

4. CLICK ON 'REDEEM'

Click on 'Redeem' next to the discount, and a code will appear.

Click on 'Apply' and the code will be automatically applied to your cart.If you prefer, you can copy and enter the code at checkout in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ box.

5. REDEEM ALL YOUR VOUCHERS

To redeem two VIP vouchers at once, adjust the slider to 200 Points for $10 off, and click on 'Redeem'.

Please note that $10 (200 points) is the maximum amount that can beredeemed at once in one order.

  • Do I need to sign up to the VIP Club to shop online?

You don’t need to sign up as a VIP Club member to make online purchases. If you prefer, you can checkout as a guest, although there are member exclusive perks when you join our VIP Club. Sign up today to take advantage of our VIP Club exclusive deals!

  • Which products can I redeem my rewards on?

You can redeem your rewards on all the Hobby Land products. 

  • How will I know if I earned points through the VIP Club?

Simply log in into your Hobby Land online account, and click on the VIP Club icon at the bottom left of our website (or in the side menu if you’re on mobile). A small pop-up window will show your points balance and rewards available.

  • Can I gift points and/or rewards?

Unfortunately points and rewards can not be transferred to another customer or account.
