Mi-teintes is a paper with a ‘vellum’ texture on the top side and a flat surface on the reverse. Both sides of the paper (textured and flat) are suitable for pastel, oil pastel, chalk, pencil, watercolor, and acrylic.
Mi-teintes paper is best suited to pastel paintings and tonal dry media drawings. The paper is a heavy 98 lb (160 GSM). These 16-sheet spiral bound paper pads have ultra-smooth glassine slip-sheets between each page to protect drawings from smudging. These paper pads are available in two popular standard sizes.
