Montval® is a paper designed by the painter Gaspard Maillol, nephew of the statuary sculptor Aristide Maillol, and manufactured at Canson® at his request at the beginning of the 20th century. Since then, this paper has acquired new qualities.
One of them is its ability to be corrected: retouching is easy, by cleaning the paper with water, using a sponge or a brush. There are no traces of watercolor left and the paper can be worked on again.
Easy to use, it is accessible and suitable for everyone.
Canson® Montval® is also available in notebooks. With its hard cover and elegant elastic closure, it is the ideal companion for cultivating your creativity during your travels and trips. Its interior storage pocket will allow you to keep your most precious memories.
